Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your Dial Kite subscription anytime. There is no cancellation fee. This policy explains how cancellation works.
1. How to cancel
You can cancel in any of these ways:
- Self-serve (fastest): sign in to your dashboard, go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription.
- Email: send a cancellation request from your registered email to contact@asldigitalsolutions.in with subject “Cancel Subscription” and your account email in the body.
2. When cancellation takes effect
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You retain full access to the Service until that date.
- Example: if you cancel on the 10th of the month and your plan renews on the 15th, you keep access until the 14th. No charge for the next cycle.
- Add-on minute packs purchased during the current cycle expire with the cycle end date. They are not extended past cancellation.
- Dedicated DIDs (Growth plan) are released back to our pool at the cycle end. We cannot guarantee the same DID number if you re-subscribe later.
3. Refunds on cancellation
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of the current month or unused minutes. See our Refund Policy for the limited circumstances in which refunds may be issued.
4. After your subscription ends
When your subscription ends:
- Account access: you can sign in and view past campaigns, transcripts, and analytics in read-only mode for 90 days.
- No new calls: outbound calling is disabled. Active campaigns are paused.
- Data retention: per our Privacy Policy, account data is kept for 12 months after closure (billing records: 7 years per Indian tax law). After that it is permanently deleted, except where retention is required by law.
- Reactivation: within 90 days, you can reactivate from your dashboard with all data intact. After 90 days, reactivation may require a fresh signup.
5. Data export
Before cancelling, you can export your leads, call logs, transcripts, and analytics from the dashboard. We recommend exporting all data you wish to retain before your billing cycle ends.
6. Cancellation by Dial Kite
We may cancel or suspend your account immediately, without refund, under the conditions described in our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. In such cases we will notify you by email with the reason and your right to appeal.
7. Pause vs cancel
If you need a temporary break rather than full cancellation, contact us at contact@asldigitalsolutions.in. We may be able to pause your subscription for up to 60 days, preserving your dedicated DID and settings.
